Why not hire a full time web developer?
We get this question a lot. The annual salary of a quality full-time web developer is upwards of $100,000, plus benefits. For most agencies just starting out or with a lower client base, this number is out of the question. An alternative to hiring an employee is finding a freelancer, however a good majority of freelancers can be unreliable with delivery times.
With SiteRush, you get access to a full team of experienced WordPress designers and developers, who can help with any web task your clients may throw at you, all for one monthly subscription. And the best part? If your client work slows, you can pause your subscription at any time, and pick back up when the requests come rolling in.
How many projects can I request?
You can add an unlimited amount of projects to your queue as you’d like. Projects range from simple tasks to full site builds, so make sure they are placed in order of importance to meet your client’s deadlines. With SiteRush, you can have one active project at a time, which includes revisions. If you have a task that needs to be addressed urgently, or your client is slow to reply, you can pause an active project and we can work on a new one in the meantime.
How long do projects take to complete?
This depends on the type of project being requested. We typically flag projects as either Small, Medium, or Large, and you can judge your time to completion based on that, plus however long the revision stage takes. With every project, you will receive an update on progress every 48 hours. Here are a few example projects:
Small (1-2 Days) – Add script to a site, Update page content, Single section design, ACF Field updates, Landing page design
Medium (1 Week) – Plugin & Theme updates, Theme creation, single page design, header / footer design
Large (2-4 Weeks) – Full website design, funnel setup, multi-page projects
Do you use Webflow or other web software?
No, we strictly only use WordPress for our website designs. WordPress is a time tested software that powers more than 40% of websites today. Everyone on our team comes from a WordPress development background, ensuring that your site will be built correctly with a software that is here to stay for the long run.
Where do I submit my requests?
Once you subscribe, you will be sent login access to your own personal SiteRush dashboard. Here, you will be able to fill your request queue with however many projects you’d like, and they will be picked up and worked on in the order they are placed in the queue.
What if I am not happy with your designs?
Each project allows for an unlimited number of revisions, meaning we’re not done with a project until you are 100% satisfied.
Do you offer refunds?
Since we have already completed the work requested when delivered, we do not offer refunds. We can either continue improving the development until you are satisfied or you can pause/cancel your SiteRush subscription at any time.
