If you have a task that needs to be addressed urgently, or your client is slow to reply, you can pause an active project and we can work on a new one in the meantime.

This depends on the type of project being requested. We typically flag projects as either Small, Medium, or Large, and you can judge your time to completion based on that, plus however long the revision stage takes. With every project, you will receive an update on progress every 48 hours. Here are a few example projects:

Medium (1 Week) – Plugin & Theme updates, Theme creation, single page design, header / footer design

No, we strictly only use WordPress for our website designs. WordPress is a time tested software that powers more than 40% of websites today. Once you subscribe, you will be sent login access to your own personal SiteRush dashboard. Here, you will be able to fill your request queue with however many projects you’d like, and they will be picked up and worked on in the order they are placed in the queue.

Each project allows for an unlimited number of revisions, meaning we’re not done with a project until you are 100% satisfied.

Since we have already completed the work requested when delivered, we do not offer refunds. We can either continue improving the development until you are satisfied or you can pause/cancel your SiteRush subscription at any time.
